The main idea of the residential building in a developing neighborhood is to provide affordable and quality housing, fostering a sense of community and supporting the area's growth and revitalization. The design features a unique structure, with the building being 2 floors high on one corner and 7 floors on the other, adjusting to the existing scale of the environment and creating a dynamic architectural profile.
