My name is Nadine Shbeta

My passion for the world of arts, culture, and creativity started while I was still a high school student majoring in theater and dance. This passion is now rooted in my love for creating spaces that blend aesthetics and functionality. I am fascinated by how buildings and built environments can shape our experiences and reflect our cultures. I enjoy the challenge of turning abstract ideas into structures, and I believe that the details and craftsmanship is what makes each project unique.

I am a motivated and curious Architect with over 6 years of experience in designing, planning, and overseeing the complexity of a project. I am always looking forward for finding creative solutions and learning new methods.

Architecture, for me, serves as the foundation for fostering connections between individuals, places, nature, and history across various scales.

Junior/Senior Architect, Rechter Architects

Rechter Architects is a three generations Tel Aviv based firm which has a main role in shaping Israel’s Architecture. During my work there I had the opportunity to grow significantly through a variety of projects, ranging from Architectural Competitions to Office spaces, governmental institutions and preservation of Public Buildings. Initially joining as a junior architect, I gained my skills by drafting preliminary designs, creating detailed architectural plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local regulations. Through dedication and continuous learning, I advanced to the position of senior architect, taking on greater responsibilities, including leading project teams, working close with clients understanding and managing their requirements and overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects from conceptual design to final construction. This period was marked by a rich learning experience and substantial professional development, contributing to my proficiency in innovative design solutions and project management.
